Does this clause allow termination? Does this rule apply to us?
Actually means
Which facts matter, which jurisdiction controls, what time frame applies, and which interpretation is strongest under the relevant legal frame?
If AI gets it wrong
Advice can sound persuasive while resting on the wrong interpretation, weakening strategy and creating avoidable exposure.
Healthcare
Looks simple
Can we give this medication? What condition best explains these symptoms?
Actually means
Is the question about safety, dosage, contraindication, treatment suitability, patient-specific risk, or expected outcome?
If AI gets it wrong
The answer may still sound clinically credible while pointing to the wrong treatment path or missing a serious safety issue.
Finance
Looks simple
Is this transaction compliant? Does this count as material risk?
Actually means
Which regulatory frame applies, how should the instrument be classified, and what context changes the reporting or risk treatment?
If AI gets it wrong
Organizations can end up with compliance failures, misstated risk, and expensive regulatory consequences.
The industry keeps treating symptoms. Guardrails. Fine-tuning. Prompt engineering.
But all of them come after the same assumption has already been made.
Standard AI assumes it understood the question. That assumption is the problem.
